There are a few options to get support if you face any issue with DESelect:
- Contact our support by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Take a screenshot of your error or the problem you are facing.
- Describe as detailed as possible the exact steps you took prior to the error.
- Describe what you were trying to achieve.
- On our website in the footer click on ‘Support Ticket’
- Fill out the form, reporting your problem in the same manner as described above
- Send your request to us
Note: It is possible that during an error you get to see a “Report Issue” button. Feel free to click this and provide an explanation in the form that you will get to see. This will be sent immediately to our issue log and help us investigate!
